Fill out the Getting Started Form
If we answer all your questions, we will send you a “Next” form. Or you can click here to do that now. Answer a few short questions about your website and this will give us some guidance to designing your website. When this basic form is complete, we will contact you to see what you would like to see in a website.
After we fully understand the project, we will provide you a quote for your website set up. If you are okay with proceeding, we will start the design of your website.
Start and Approve the Design Process
We will start the process of designing your site. During this time, we will present you different ideas for your site. You will get to approve the final design.
Schedule Development
We schedule all of our site developments. This way we can stay on schedule with our sites and keep our clients from guessing when we will start their website. We try to start the website development no more than 1 week out from the first set up fee. We try to have all the information that we need up front before we start to develop. We do ask that you allocate time to the website during this time to provide help to the project. If projects get held up, it’s usually waiting for the client to provide the information we need.
We first create your site on a development server. This involves putting putting your story together, graphics and whatever else. All the while your current site is still up and running.
If you are more of a hands on person, we will just be on standby if you need any help.
While one of our team members gets your site looking smooth, another set will start setting up the rest. We can set you up with your own email account using your own domain or if you have one already set up, we will try to integrate that.

Ecommerce Accounts
If we are developing an ecommerce site, we will need to get your ecommerce accounts set up. We use Braintree, Stripe, and Paypal. Most clients use Stripe which is also compatible with Google and Apple pay. We will guide you through the setup process for these accounts.
Analytics
We can get this set up for you.
3rd Parties
What else can we set up for you? Mailchimp is our recommendation on Email Campaigns.
Once the site is setup we ask for your final approval. Once we get that, we move your domain to it’s new home.
From this point is when the hosting fees start.
But that’s not the end for us…
We want customers for life.
We will be checking up on your and your site, throughout the course of time. Currently, the our support system is really nothing more than emailing us at support@cflare.com.
However, we are developing a support app to launch our support to an all new level.
